Wow, I just saw my last post here on VisualViticulture was that it is now “the middle” of harvest… well, it is now gone.. The red wine peak was extremely busy and I didn’t even have time to think about an update. All the grapes are in the cellars and now it is crafting time for our winemakers. All the vineyards have had their post harvest irrigation (where it was possible) and fertigation.
We will start sowing and planting cover crops by the end of April and will start pruning in June. So things will be a bit quiet here but I will try to get some interesting photos from the vineyards.
