Some of the Canola fields are starting to flower. This must be one of the most beautiful sights in the Swartland this time of year. In a months time you will see all these luminous yellow fields, with the smell of cabbage (both plants are part of the Brassica family). Everywhere between the pockets of vineyards you see either these Canola fields, or wheat fields. Spectacular sights this time of year.
