So I’ve finally started to upload some cool videos about vineyards, harvesting and just random viticulture stuff. I’m still new to this, so just be patient. The first video I’m going to show is of a load of Sauvignon blanc being tipped in the vineyard.
After the harvesting machine (the one in the video is a Pellenc) becomes full, it tips the grapes and juice into small trailers that gets taken either directly to the cellar or gets tipped into bigger trucks that then go to the cellar. As you can see in the video, the Sauvignon blanc juice has an awesome green colour, just what we wanted.
Most of my videos will be in either slo-mo or reverse. Why? Because it is dramatic and cool. 🙂
