So, I went through a lot of vineyards this week, just checking the general health, the quality of the crop, the size of the crop, the water status etc. Shockingly, Pinotage has started with veraison! This is very early. So, is this a sign of things to come? Will we start very early next year? We’ll have to wait and see 🙂
