Yesterday I took one of our winemakers out to the vineyards to taste some berries. He specializes in Chardonnay and Shiraz. The Chardonnay grapes looks and tastes great, so does the Shiraz.
The Shiraz grapes are colouring exceptional this year and it seems that 2013 will be marked by good colour and wines of great quality.
