So came to an end an awesome 10 day tour in Spain and France. Many great wines tasted, met some great people and saw spectacular vineyards and sites. So this was my top 4 highlights of the trip:
Priorat. What a beautiful place, with its terraced vineyards and absolute feeling of tranquility.
The wines at Bodegas Mas Alta – brilliant
The architecture and vibe of Barcelona
Collioure, Argeles and Paulilles
Thanks to my group, André Hanekom, Jan Eksteen, Willem de Waal and Tommy Bothma, for being the easiest group to travel with, the best group to drink a lot of wine with, and definitely a group I’d travel with again! So cheers to Spain and France! Till next time…
